Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make a change, email us ASAP at cs@demrockcity.com. We work fast — once your order hits production, we can’t make changes or cancel it.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We can’t do exchanges for size. Every item is made to order. Check the size guide on each product before you cop. Need help? Hit us up before checkout.

📦 Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are made-to-order. Here’s the breakdown:

  • Fulfillment: 2–5 business days
  • U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

You’ll get tracking info once it ships.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yeah, we ship worldwide. Customs and duties may apply depending on where you live — that part’s out of our hands.

My package says “delivered” but I didn’t get it.

Check your front porch, mailroom, neighbor’s spot — you know the drill. Still nothing? Hit up the carrier first, then email us if it’s still a ghost package.

I typed in the wrong address. What now?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we might be able to fix it. If it’s already out the door and gets returned to us, we’ll reship — but you’ll need to cover the shipping again.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there’s an issue, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short note explaining what’s wrong

Can I exchange for a different color or size?

We don’t offer exchanges. Because everything is made to order, we can’t swap sizes or colors once it's printed.

Please double-check the size guide before ordering. If there’s a legit issue with your order, we’ll review it for a free replacement of the original item — no edits or changes.
